Purpose

I´ve been going to the gym since 2013. But truly dedicating my entire life to bodybuilding for just about 3 years. And it was not only a decision to achieve the body and the lifestyle I´ve always dreamed of - but also to mentally grow as a person. The gym has taught me more than anything or anyone else ever. It also very literally saved my life. I wouldn´t be here today, if not for the peace the gym brings to my soul, the intensity I push myself through in the trainings and the resilience this teaches me and of course the dedication to healthy and purposeful nutrition.

I am my authentic self. Online and offline and have reached a level of peace, strength and confidence I never thought I would have in this life. My biggest wish is to be able to pay these lessons forward. To inspire people all over the world to tap into their potential and work step by step towards the life they always dreamed of. Because believe me, no dream is ever too big! YOU CAN FUCKING DO IT. And I´ll help you.
